Hey y'all!! Waazzz up??? This week was good! We had trainer trainee
meeting this week and it was good! Weird being the trainer though
but it was cool getting to learn it all again!























Later this week on Thursday we had like three miracles in a row
because we followed the spirit when we felt like we should go
somewhere else other than  we had planned! So that was awesome!!
First some guy drove by us right as we were about to cross the street
and came back and asked for the Spanish missionaries number so we gave
it to him and he is a new investigator for them so that was pretty
sweet! Then we had an awesome lesson with this lady but before we
could set a return appointment someone like yanked her into the house
and yelled at us to go away! But we gave her a BoM so that's good! And
then just like 5min later we were walking along and another guy came
up to us asked for a Book of Mormon and gave us his info and said to
come over! It was crazy!! The Lord really guides us when we seek it
and pray for it!
Oh also we started asking people to pray for us to find people to
teach and it's been working like crazy we've had a bunch of solid
people who we met this week come up to us and two new investigators so
that's bomb!!
The Lord has just blessed us a ton is week!
Oh and one more cool story we were supposed to have a lesson with one
of our people who is on date and she wasn't there but when we stopped
by her cigarettes were on the porch and we both felt like we should so
we stole them  God knows what he's doing! It was just a really good

 Hey y'all! How's everyone's week goin?? This week has been pretty good! Crazy but good! We had transfers this week and I got my newbie missionary that I'm training!! His name is elder Robinson! And he's pretty cool! He is pretty chill and he's doing really well and progressing really fast! So that's good! He also almost got hit his first day because people in Portland can't drive  but the Lord protected him and that was a huge blessing!! Also it's been raining a lot more lately so that's cool! We had a great lesson with Mary (one of our investigators who is on date) and it went super good! She is progressing super good!! And we are super excited for her! We're taking a trip to the temple with her and her family this week! So that should be a blast!

Hey everyone!!!
This week has been good! Elder Barton was back on his feet so we had a
good week!
We had a zone conference, which is like a huge meeting with half of
the mission and the mission presidency gave some really good talks
about repentance and change. It was super good. Also Elder Barton
got us matching ties so we wore those to the meeting!
This week we also got our transfer info! And elder Barton is getting
transferred to Saint Johns.... in Vancouver  so that's kinda
funny! I'm staying in Saint Johns in Portland and I'm getting a brand
new missionary as a companion who I'm gonna be training which is
kinda nerve racking because I'm just finishing training!  But the
Lord knows what he's doing so I'll just trust in him and do my best!
Pray for me!

Hey everyone!!!! How's the week going for y'all? This week has been pretty good for us! We had a broadcast this week and our schedule changed up some!! We have and extra 2 hrs on PDAY! And planning  moved to the morning! And we have more freedom with study time but other than that not too much! We also had a chance to meet with some of our people this week and it was really good. We had really good lessons with some of our new investigators! One of them is our neighbor like two houses away from us!  Her name is Ashley! She is a really nice lady! Has three daughters! And the other investigator's name is Mary. She's is also super nice and she has two daughters and a son that are all pretty little!   So we had really good lessons with both of them and they both accepted baptismal invites so that's sweet. Other than that not much happened!

Also one thing I learned from the missionary broadcast was that the gospel shouldn't be viewed as a bunch of different topics or anything like that. It's all connected and it's all supporting of each other! If we have faith in Jesus and His atonement it'll lead us to repent and so on. It's all connected!

Hey everybody!! Wazzz up!? 

This week has been kinda loooong Elder Barton has been sick all week still and so we haven't gone out much! We went to the doctors again and they told him it's a sinus infection ( which I called before we went to the doctors last week ) so he's got some antibiotics now and he's healing a lot quicker! Which is good we are excited to get back out and teach some people!! 

So this week we were able to have a few lessons and they were great!! 

We had one with Jacob the less active RM this week and it was freaking great!! He felt the spirit so strong and he committed to taking all the steps he needs to, to repent!! It was awesome to see the spirit really speaking to him and helping him have the courage to do all the things he needed to! Something we talked about with him was trusting in God! Trusting that he wants what's best for us and is always gonna give us a way back to him! We just have to take it and rely on him and his atonement! Christ is there for us and will help us through our trials if we will turn to him and accept his will! And in the end even if the trial or the repentance is harder than we ever could've imagined we will only be happier and more full of joy to be clean! 

So yeah, it was a great lesson and he's taken a lot of steps already and it's awesome to see the Lord bless him almost immediately for acting in faith! Repentance is real and it is such a wonderful and amazing blessing!! I'm just so grateful for Christ and his infinite atonement! 

Other than that the week has been pretty slow! I read a bunch of talks again so I'm gonna send a list of a few of my favorites! Check them out if you have the chance!

Oh my gosh I almost forgot one of the best parts of the week!!!! We had our temple trip and got to go to the Portland temple!!! It's so pretty and the spirit was super strong!! It was a really good experience and I loved it a lot!

Hey everyone!! How're y'all doin? This week has been pretty crazy!
Elder Barton has been sick this week so we've been stuck in most
of the week. So maybe nothing too crazy about this week except me.                                              

Man I'm funny, but we did get a tooooooon!! Of snow this week!!
Almost a foot!! Which is really uncommon here I guess. It was a bunch
of fun!!

 Elder Barton wasn't feeling too bad at the beginning of the
week so we went out for a while and did some walking and everyone was
out. We talked to a bunch of people about the gospel so that was cool!

Also we went to the doctor again for elder Barton this week and on
the way there the first time, we called them and they said the
appointment had been moved to the afternoon. So we went to turn
around and promptly got stuck in the snow. But with a little work
and some help from God we got out and on our way back before too long!
Later that day on the way back [to the doctor] we got stuck again on some train
tracks! But the train was nowhere around us so we were good.  I got
out and pushed and I wasn't getting it anywhere really but then like
six guys came over and helped me push and we finally got it off! So
that was a blessing! The Lord was really looking out for us that day.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Also the walkway and the kinda snow man thingy, the little one that I took a picture with are all made by me while elder Barton was sleeping trying to get better, cause how often does an Arizona boy get to play in the snow.  It was fun!

Other than that this week has been pretty mellow!  I read like 13 talks by Elder Neal A. Maxwell and they were all super good! I highly recommend his talks if anyone is looking for something to study!! But other than that and calling a ton of people not much happened!

January 9

Hey everyone!! This week has been pretty good!! We went on exchanges
this week again but this time I was with another new bee that came out
at the same time I did! Elder Hall! He's a cool guy he's probably
about 6'4 or 6'5 so there was kinda a height difference  it was
funny!  He's a really good guy though! And we had a good day together!
We taught the first lesson to one of Elder Barton and my new
investigators and it was a great lesson the spirit was really strong!
And the person we were teaching (Mary), almost committed to be
baptized! But next time! So yeah just a really good spiritual
experience!
Later in the week we had another lesson with Jacob  the less active
guy we just started teaching! And he went out with us after to a
lesson and it was awesome he had a great time and he bore his
testimony and it was awesome! Great experience for him and me!
This week has just been full of great experiences!
 Today we went ice skating as a zone and that was pretty fun too! Oh and I almost forgot              Elder Barton is like a hardcore star wars fan and one of the members
who fed us fed us these waffles and he about died form happiness!!

He everyone!! This week has been pretty good! We got three new
investigators and they are solid!! We met with one on Monday and her
name is Mary. She's the daughter of someone in the ward! She is super
cool! And then the other two are from this family that lives like two
houses away from us. We've been trying to set some thing up with one
of them for a while but it just hasn't worked out yet. Then the
other day we were about to go out and try and find some people in another
area and we were like let's stop by there first. And they totally let
us in and we had a lesson with two of them. Ashley who is the owner of
the house and her brother's fiancé who is living with her right now.
They were both super interested and they invited us to come back!
So that was awesome! Also this week we had the chance to go to the
hospital to give a less active lady we visit a blessing.It was
super cool and the spirit was really strong! Afterwards she was
looking a lot better and we talked to her for a while! So yeah overall
a really good week of miracles and blessings! Let me know if you guys
